Privacy Policy

Scope

This policy covers the Site and the SMS Program. It does not cover information that hospitals and other customers process in the Rondo product under their agreements with us, including any business associate agreement. That information is governed by those agreements.

Information we collect

Information you give us. Your name, work email, organization, role, and mobile phone number when you contact us, book a meeting, or opt in to the SMS Program, and the content of your messages to us.
SMS Program records. Your mobile number, the date, time, and method of your consent, the consent language you saw, and the messages we send and receive, including HELP and STOP requests.
Technical information. Our hosting provider processes technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested in order to deliver and secure the Site. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics on the Site.

Please do not submit patient information or other protected health information through the Site or by text message.

How we use information

To respond to inquiries and schedule meetings.
To operate the SMS Program: send the messages you opted in to and respond to HELP and STOP requests.
To keep records of consent and opt-outs.
To secure, maintain, and improve the Site.
To comply with law and enforce our terms.

We share personal information only with service providers that process it on our behalf under confidentiality obligations (for example, website hosting, email delivery, text message delivery, and meeting scheduling), when required by law or to protect rights and safety, and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

We do not sell personal information.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Text messages

If you opt in to the Rondo Facility Coordination program at hellorondo.com/sms, we send recurring operational text messages about referrals, bed availability, placement status, and transfer coordination. Message frequency varies with referral activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Program details are in our Terms of Use.

Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above. We keep records of SMS consent and opt-outs for as long as needed to demonstrate compliance with messaging laws and carrier requirements.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing info@hellorondo.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights; we will respond as required by applicable law.

Children

The Site and the SMS Program are intended for professionals and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice as required by law.
