Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of hellorondo.com (the “Site”) and the Rondo Facility Coordination text messaging program (the “SMS Program”), both operated by NoHo Rondo, Inc. (“Rondo,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site or enrolling in the SMS Program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or the SMS Program.
The Site
The Site provides general information about Rondo. Use of the Rondo product is governed by separate written agreements. Nothing on the Site is medical advice. Please do not submit patient information or other protected health information through the Site.
SMS Program terms
- Program name. Rondo Facility Coordination.
- Description. Rondo sends recurring operational text messages to staff at hospitals, post-acute facilities, and other care settings who opt in. Messages cover referral notifications, bed availability requests, placement status, and transfer coordination. Messages never include patient names or health information.
- How to join. Opt in with the form at hellorondo.com/sms. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You must be at least 18 and the authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies with referral activity.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
- Help. Reply HELP for help, or email info@hellorondo.com.
- Opt out. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You will receive one final message confirming that you are unsubscribed. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT also work.
- Carriers. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. The SMS Program is available on major US carriers; availability may vary.
- Privacy. See our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
- Changes. We may change or end the SMS Program. We will tell subscribers by text before material changes take effect.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content are owned by Rondo or its licensors. You may view and share Site content for your own informational, noncommercial purposes. Other use requires our written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Site. For example, do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Third-party services
The Site may link to third-party services, such as meeting scheduling. Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of them. We are not responsible for third-party services.
Disclaimers
The Site and the SMS Program are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rondo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or the SMS Program.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
